About Mr Tire
Mr Tire is a tire shop in Clarksville, Tennessee. It is listed at 1801 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Clarksville, TN 37040, which places it among the local businesses of Clarksville that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.
In Clarksville, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Tennessee, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Check the listing for hours, whether the shop sells used tires or handles truck and trailer tires, and its Google rating before you drive over on a spare.
Hours are published for 6 days a week. On most of those days it is open 7 amβ5 pm. Note that it does not open on Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (931) 648-3331. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is mrtire.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
Its Google rating is 4.2 out of 5 from 184 reviews, a solid but mixed picture; reading the most recent reviews will tell you what to expect.

I did not want to post this but after the way the manager of Mr. Tire for over 20 years acted like it was nothing, I decided I would. Just to put this out there as well, a lot of the mechanics there are very good. I have been a customer around 20 years. I have noticed though the last year has went way down hill. I get my oil changed there, alignments, set of tires, etc. Thursday the 8th of January 2026 took my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance. It has been less than 2 years of having my brakes and rotors done by a trusted mechanic that doesn't gouge you. Convenience is why I use Mr. Tire. I was called by the mechanic and told that my front brakes got so hot that they cracked and it also got so hot that it warped my rotors. I am not a brake rider and have only needed brakes once on my 2016 vehicle. So I was stunned when he said this and said it would be $475 to do that. I said no thank you, I will take it back to the mechanic who did it so there may be some type of warranty for defective products. He called me a little later and asked about my brakes again and told me my front tires needed an alignment. I told them to do the alignment but that is all. Was c

Debated about reviewing this place, but it has to be done. Came in because their sign said $40 oil change. Went in to inquire about it. Was told "oh, they are $50 now". I said but your sign out front still says $40. They proceeded to tell me they raised the prices! So I asked how much it would be to change my oil. Was told it's $50, then if I needed an extra quart it would be $60 and if I needed 2 quarts it would be $68! They were busy that day so I decided to wait a couple of days and come early in the morning with no wait. Came in and was told only one person was in front of me and my oil would be changed in about 30 minutes! So almost an hour and a half later, was told my truck was done. Got to the counter to pay and was told $97! I asked what extra was done. They said my oil change was $70 with 2 quarts extra was $97. The guy from the back that changed my oil came out and said you need new tires too. I said I definitely do not because I just changed all 4 tires last summer. He stammered "well not like right now, but they are at about their half life." How many people have they done this to to upsell them tires??? Any way, i paid, got my keys and proceeded to my truck. went in to get my brakes checked because it was grinding, Vince checked them and said they were great! 40% on back 50% on front. and couldn't explain where/why noise was happening. I asked them to check the E brake as well, meaning they'd have to take things off to check... Vince didn't bother to do it correctly because he "would have to charge" even though we said to do whatever was necessary. we were prepared to spend the money to replace the brakes anyway.... my front pads are brand new so that's the first incorrect statement. I bugged my husband because thee noise kept getting worse and he took my rear wheel off to find the source of the grinding noise and low and behold... rear pads are completely gone. we went back to speak with the manager about what happened because that could have been a dangerous situation... Vince was rude, unapologetic and said he didn't miss anything and did his job correctly. he said we must have done something to it within 3 days of him checking the brakes. he's extremely arrogant and mouthy against a customer that's been coming there since 2007. HORRIBLE customer service and experience. I will never go there again and hopefully others will think twi
